Technical solution concerning thermal insulation board designed primarily for thermal insulation of external facades, plinth areas, walls, ceilings, roofs or other parts of buildings of expanded polystyrene (EPS), comprising one insulating baffle plates and at least one cover plate. Thermal insulation board according to the technical solution is a protection against warming up due to solar radiation at same time improved insulation values.
