The present invention relates to a cooling system to improve the stability of a power plant by passively removing the remaining heat in a nuclear reactor when power loss accidents in the nuclear power plant and plant piping rupture accidents occur at the same time. According to an embodiment of the invention, a passive reactor and a containment condensing system are provided to replace or complement an existing main cooling system and subsidiary cooling system of a pressurized water reactor by passively removing the remaining heat in the nuclear power plant using a refueling water storage tank in a passive condensation cooling tank and containment when the power loss accidents and the piping rupture accidents occur at the same time.
