The present invention relates to a manufacturing device for a flame retardant polystyrene foam insulation material and a polystyrene foam insulation material (2) manufactured thereby. The present invention manufactures the polystyrene foam insulation material by foam-forming the polystyrene foam insulation material with a forming mold (10) and cooling the polystyrene foam insulation in a cooling means (35) while mixing polystyrene raw materials and foaming agents in a first extruder (31) and supplying them and successively manufactures the polystyrene foam insulation material so as to be treated with flame retardant by forming and coating the surface of the polystyrene foam insulation material formed in the forming mold while flame retardant raw materials, in which deca bromine, antimony and high impact polystyrene (HIPS) are mixed, are dissolved in a second extruder (32) and supplied by arranging consecutively a flame retardant coating mold (20) after the forming mold, thereby having excellent manufacturing productivity, solving a problem which is susceptible to combustion when the polystyrene foam insulation material is used as a construction interior material, an exterior material, a finishing material etc and providing excellent flame retardancy. |
