The present invention provides a carrier plate of window glass for a vehicle in order to prevent noise and shaking caused by the deflection of a wire in advance as well as smoothly and accurately perform opening and closing operations of the window glass by enabling the wire to maintain fixed tension as a fixed position of the end of the wire is changed in proportion to the length of the wire by a rotary cam and a slide cam.
