PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a urethane rubber coated bearing and a bearing thereof are provided to manufacture a urethane rubber coated polyetherethereketone (PEEK) bearing, to improve the quality and durability, and to prevent the dust. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a urethane rubber coated bearing comprises the following steps: putting an outer ring in an outer ring coating mold in which a release agent is coated and is preheated at 120°C, filling a urethane coating agent, and naturally hardening it for 6-7 minutes (S26); repeatedly pressurizing it for five seconds and relaxing it for five seconds at five times under a pressure of 170 kg per unit cm^2 by a press plate and maintaining the state for 40 minutes (S27); putting it in an oven at 90-95°C and heating it for 12-14 hours to improve the uniformity of materials, the discharge of residue curing agents, and the elasticity of rubber and to improve physical properties such as the intensity and hardness (S28); aging it at 35-40°C for 72 hours to prevent the non-aging and completely aging it (S29); and finishing the coating of the outer ring (S30).
