PURPOSE: A fine particle jetting device having a heat treatment function is provided to machine the surface of a material by accelerating fine particles using high air pressure and using the collision energy of the fine particles. CONSTITUTION: A fine particle jetting device (100) having a heat treatment function comprises a high-pressure air supply unit (150), a fine particle supply unit (140), a nozzle (110), a heat treatment control unit (120), and a control unit (123). The nozzle jets fine particles mixed with high-pressure air to the surface of a material (S) to machine the surface of the material. The heat treatment control unit controls the temperature of the high-pressure air supplied to the nozzle. The control unit controls the heat treatment control unit. |
