The present invention relates a brake motor (1) of a vehicle and a coil (9) winding method. The brake motor forms a recess (13) concaved for seating therein a bearing (6) fixed and installed at an end in the direction of a rear cover (3) of a rectifier (8) by the inner type or the outer type. A core (7) is provided with 7 or 14 pieces of teeth (71) and slots (72) protruding radially outward. The rectifier is provided with 14 pieces of segments (81) and slits (82) protruding radially outward. A stator (11) forms six polarities making S and N polarities be alternately located in the case wherein the S and the N polarities are spaced equidistantly in a radial direction. Two or four sets of brushes (12) are formed outside the rectifier. The coil winding method of the motor winds the coil zigzag, repeatedly and concentrated around each of the teeth and slots in the direction of the core while winding the coil distributively around each of the segments in the direction of the core. The present invention can reduce to a large extent the size in the longitudinal direction of a shaft (5), can maximize the efficiency of the motor as compared with the motor having the same volume while reducing the size of the motor by reducing the size of the same volume, and can increase the productivity by making the winding method regular and by reducing man-hour. |
