The present invention relates to a spoband comprising: a band main body having a constant length and elasticity; a sewing portion formed by folding the band main body in half and then sewing both ends of the band main body; partition lines sewed in the band main body folded in half to be spaced apart from each other by a predetermined interval and partitioning the band main body into a plurality of human body insertion spaces; and an identification portion formed on the front surface of the plurality of human body insertion spaces to display a force application amount of each human body insertion space with respect to a reference location, wherein the number of the human body insertion space is odd, the identification portion is formed to be left-right symmetric to fold spaces located at the centers of the plurality of human body insertion spaces, and the identification portion is not formed at the fold space at the centers of the human body insertion spaces. |
