METHOD FOR UPLINK TBS SIZE DETERMINATION AT NODEB AND UE

A method for uplink TBS size determination at NodeB and UE is provided, in which NodeB and UE take the latest SI sent by UE and successfully received by NodeB before the latest E-AGCH from NodeB or the latest E-PUCH from UE as the reference SI for TBS size computation, and then NodeB and UE compute the TBS size based on the latest reference SI in the same way. The condition that NodeB misjudges TBS due to the power offset change of the MAC-d traffic can be avoided.
