<p>Reprocessing a cleaning bath (10) having a pH value of 11-14, which contains dissolved aluminum or hydroxo complexes of other metals, comprises: (a) continuously passing a portion of the cleaning bath to at least one reaction vessel (20); (b) adding water glass (30) to the portion of cleaning bath in at least one reaction vessel; (c) separating the resulting precipitation in at least one reaction vessel by at least one separator (50); (d) passing a portion of the separated precipitates into at least one reaction vessel; and (f) continuous recycling of the recovered part of the cleaning bath. Reprocessing a cleaning bath (10) having a pH value of 11-14, which contains dissolved aluminum or hydroxo-complexes of other metals, comprises: (a) continuously passing a portion of the cleaning bath to at least one reaction vessel (20); (b) adding water glass (30) to the portion of cleaning bath in at least one reaction vessel, where the addition of the water glass with a maximum of 80% stoichiometric concentration of silicon present in the water glass is based on the dissolved aluminum concentration in the portion of the cleaning bath; (c) separating the resulting precipitation in at least one reaction vessel by at least one separator (50); (d) passing a portion of the separated precipitates into at least one reaction vessel; and (f) continuous recycling of the recovered part of the cleaning bath. An independent claim is also included for a device for reprocessing a cleaning bath comprising at least one reaction vessel, apparatus for continuously passing a portion of the cleaning bath to at least one of the reaction vessel, an instrument for addition of water glass, at least one separator for separating the precipitation; means for recycling, and equipment for continuously recycling of recovered portion of the cleaning bath.</p> |
