PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tower for evacuation from tsunami where people can evacuate when giant tsunami surges.SOLUTION: Struts 2, 2, ... are erected from a base 1 and a floating body 3 in which people can be accommodated is mounted in upper end portions of the struts 2, 2, ... and when the level of the surging tsunami becomes high, the floating body 3 can be floated and separated from a tower. |
