PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel cell identification method that has a higher capture rate onto a micro band array electrode of a cell developing surface antigen than a conventional cell identification method utilizing dielectrophoresis.SOLUTION: The electric conductivity of a cell suspension is set to 200-500 mS/m, and AC voltage having a frequency of 50 kHz or more and 500 kHz or less and an amplitude (applied voltage intensity) of 15 Vpp or more and 20 Vpp or less between conductive substrates facing all band electrodes of an alternate comb-shaped micro band array electrode is applied. After that, the application of the AC voltage to a one-side electrode is stopped. Thus, only cells that did not react with an antibody fixed to the surface of the micro band array electrode and were not captured can be efficiently moved and accumulated onto the one-side band array electrode. |
