The tire is characterized in that the tire has air bags provided between the inner annular band and the outer annular band and provided with air suction/discharge mechanisms connecting to the outside. The tire is provided with support bodies for connecting the inner annular band and the outer annular band. The air bags are arranged in the circumferential direction of the tire. The outer annular band consists of a rubber composite for tires. Air discharge holes in the air bags connect to the outermost layer of the outer annular band.
