The ventilation valve has valve mechanism (2) and floating unit (1). The valve mechanism is provided for opening and closing a valve outlet (3) in different opening or closing positions. A rolling diaphragm (6) is provided between the movable valve unit (4) and diaphragm cup (5). A guide (8) is extended outwardly in vertical direction over the valve mechanism so as to guide ventilation current.
