PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an object area splitting method, and an object area splitting device.SOLUTION: In an object area splitting method, and an object area splitting device, a parallax image of a scene including an object is acquired; one or a plurality of initial object areas including a contour of the object in the parallax image are acquired; a parallax range of the object in each of the initial object areas is acquired; an object splitting area for splitting the object in the initial object area at a point where a parallax value in each initial object area becomes smaller than the minimum value in the parallax range of the object in the initial object area is acquired; and the initial object area is split by the object splitting area to obtain a splitting result of the object area. |
