PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a processing method for a beverage or seasoning for improving taste of the beverage or the seasoning without lowering yield.SOLUTION: A processing method for a beverage or seasoning is for processing the beverage or the seasoning chosen from any one of Sake, wine, Shochu, Mirin, juice, vinegar and soy sauce, or these mixture, dilution material or a concentrate, and includes a solid liquid mixture generation process S21 for generating a solid liquid mixture including ice with moisture as a major element by cooling the beverage or the seasoning, and concentrated liquid in which the moisture is removed and ingredients other than the moisture are concentrated, a grinding process S22 for rotating shaft with a blade, in which the blade is arranged in a spiral shape, inside a cylindrical body, supplying the solid liquid mixture inside the cylindrical body and grinding this, or, grinding this using a chopper type grinding apparatus, and a recovery process S23 for melting and recovering the ground solid liquid mixture. |
