<p>[Problem] To obtain: an imaging lens capable of exhibiting a wide-angle view and reducing the total length thereof, while suppressing production costs, and also capable of producing a large image size and exhibiting high imaging performance from a center angle to a peripheral angle; and an imaging device equipped with the imaging lens. [Solution] An imaging lens substantially comprising five lenses, namely, in order from the object-side, a first lens (L1) having a positive refractive power, a second lens (L2) having a negative refractive power, a third lens (L3) having a negative refractive power, a fourth lens (L4) having a negative refractive power, and a fifth lens (L5) having a negative refractive power and having an inflection point on the image-side surface thereof, wherein the first (L1) through fifth (L5) lenses are all simple lenses, and satisfy a prescribed conditional expression.</p> |
