WIND FARM ACTIVE POWER CONTROLLING METHOD FOR IMPROVING THE GENERATING EFFICIENCY OF THE WIND FARM

A wind farm active power controlling method for improving the generating efficiency of the wind farm includes first calculating the maximum theoretical generating power of each wind turbine at next time in the wind farm, performing coordination control with a long and a short control duties, arranging the start-stop of each wind turbine and a control target value, so as to achieve the optimum control of the wind farm active power output. It is reasonable to the control target value arranged to the wind turbines in the control duty controlling and the control precise can be ensured. In the short control duty controlling, fast active power adjusting is achieved to some of the wind turbines, so as to eliminate the forecasting error of the maximum wind turbine theoretical generating capacity and the wind-power fluctuation, such that the active power output of the whole wind farm follows the control target value and the generating efficiency of the wind farm is improved as maximum limitation as possible. The solution is adapted for the wind farm, which includes stall-regulated wind turbines or some wind turbines not participating in the active power control in some case, to achieve active power controlling.
