PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inclusion complex capable of being easily produced, having excellent solubility in water, exhibiting excellent light-absorbing characteristics even in a long wave length region, and containing curcumin.SOLUTION: There is provided an inclusion complex-containing composition, containing a noncyclic polysaccharide and curcumins included by the noncyclic polysaccharide, and obtained by mixing the noncyclic polysaccharide with the curcumins represented by formula (1) in a non-protonic polar solvent.
