PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To project an image of special importance at a timing according to necessity at any time irrespective of order while performing a simple presentation function that sequentially projects a series of images.SOLUTION: An image output apparatus comprises: a projection system comprising a micro-mirror element 26 and a projecting lens 12 for forming an optical image corresponding to an input image signal and emitting the optical image; and a controller part 34 for determining an image signal satisfying a predetermined condition (for example, the one requiring the longest projection time) among the plurality of image signals input continuously at a projection operation, for storing the image signal determined to satisfy the predetermined condition into an image storage part 35, for accepting a signal from a key switch part 15 for directing projection of the stored image signal, for reading the image signal from the image storage part 35, and for causing the projection system to project the read image signal instead of the input image signals. |
