The present invention relates to salt products coated natural amino acid extracts for sodium intake reduction. The salt products of the present invention maintain flavors of foods even while reducing the salt intake by 30-50%. Therefore, the salt products of the present invention can effectively decrease the amount of salt taken together with cooked foods in daily lives and be easily used in the preparation of, especially, diets for patients who need to reduce the sodium intake.
