PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet-like power storage device having flexibility and high reliability.SOLUTION: A power storage device comprises: a substrate having flexibility; a positive lead provided on the substrate; a negative lead provided on the substrate; and a plurality of power storage elements arranged on the substrate two-dimensionally and periodically. Each of the plurality of power storage elements has a lamination body having a sheet-like positive electrode, a sheet-like negative electrode, and an electrolyte between the positive electrode and the negative electrode, at least in an outer package. An end part of the positive electrode extending toward the outside of the outer package is electrically connected with the positive lead via a positive electrode tab provided to the outer package. An end part of the negative electrode extending toward the outside of the outer package is electrically connected with the negative lead via a negative electrode tab provided to the outer package.
