PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power circuit that uses a reduced number of ICs.SOLUTION: The power circuit includes n power transistors (5, 6) having emitter terminals or source terminals connected to common lines, and driver ICs (3, 4). The driver ICs (3, 4) include n pre-drivers 12 for driving the n power transistors (5, 6), respectively, and reception circuits 15 monolithically integrated with the n pre-drivers 12. The reception circuits 15 are coupled with transmission circuits 13 by AC coupling to output control signals to control the n pre-drivers 12 in response to signals received from the transmission circuits 13. |
