PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microwave heater in which heating efficiency is improved by a simple configuration.SOLUTION: A conductive heating chamber 5 is configured such that a microwave is guided in a direction d2 from one end. This heating chamber 5 is provided with an opening 6. A pair of conveyance members 43 and 53 is provided. A heated body 10 is passed through the opening 6 in a direction nonparallel to the entering direction d2 of a microwave, by moving in a direction d1 while the heated body 10 is sandwiched between the pair of conveyance members 43 and 53.
