摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photocatalyst material which displays remarkable photocatalyst function by irradiation of visible light.SOLUTION: A photocatalyst material includes a positive semiconductor in which the potential of the top edge of a valence band at pH=0 is larger than +2.0 V in terms of standard hydrogen electrode potential, and two different kinds of compositions such as a nanocluster (A) and a nanocluster (B) which are supported on the surface of the semiconductor. The nanocluster (A) is an amorphous oxide nanocluster which includes at least either one of iron and copper, and the nanocluster (B) is an oxide nanocluster which includes at least one selected from the group consisting of titanium, silicon, aluminum and zirconium.
