PURPOSE: A customized living room operation system and a method thereof control temperature, humidity, and color and brightness of illumination of the living room in order to optimize a living room environment according to the life cycles of users. CONSTITUTION: A signal detection unit (100) measures temperature, humidity, illuminance, and noise in the living room. The signal detection unit includes a temperature sensor unit (110), a humidity sensor unit (120), an illuminance sensor unit (140), and a noise sensor unit (150). A living room control MCU (200) generates a lamp control signal and transmits the same to a lamp unit. The living room control MCU includes a memory unit (210), a display unit (220), a key setting unit (240), and a speaker unit (250). The key setting unit includes a reading mode setting key to select a reading mode.
