<p>The seat (1) has a locking device (14) whose locking element i.e. locking rod, is pretensioned into locking setting by a reset force. An actuating element is operatively connected with the locking element to release the locking element from the locking setting, and provided as a tensioning element on a backside of a reclining element. The locking element is movable from the locking setting into release setting in which the locking element triggers a release of the locking device such that a displacement of a belt guide piece is enabled along a longitudinal direction of a backrest (3).</p> |
