<p>The invention relates to a cutting blade for cutting up foods and feed, such as vegetables. The invention also relates to a method for the manufacture and use of such a cutting blade. The cutting blade (1) of the invention has two or several side sections (2) at an angle to each other, the inner edges (s2) of which are provided with cutting parts, and at the connecting points of the side sections (2) there is provided a middle section (3), the inner edge (3s) of which is at an angle in relation to the relating side section (2), and the middle section (3) and/or the side section (2) having one or several joint elements (4), such as joint slots or joint notches for dismountably joining two or several cutting blades (1) to each other.</p> |
