<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a touch panel substrate which is excellent in pen slidability resistance and surface hardness by using a mixture including a monomer or oligomer containing an acrylate as a main component, a photopolymerization initiator, and a diluting solvent as a hard coat layer and a touch panel using the touch panel substrate. <P>SOLUTION: In a hard coat film in which the surface of a film 1 is made a first surface and the back is made a second surface, and in which hard coat layers 2 and 3 are laminated on the first surface and the second surface of the film, the pencil hardness of the hard coat layer 2 of the first surface is higher than that of the hard coat layer 3 of the second surface. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
