The present invention relates to a fuel cell unit pack and a cassette-type fuel cell including the fuel cell unit pack. The present invention is to provide a fuel cell unit pack which comprises a fuel cell stack including a channel part formed by a cooling water path formed on a first side and a reaction gas path formed on a second side, multiple separation panels for a fuel cell including a first manifold part formed on both sides of the channel part, and multiple membrane-electrode assemblies (MEA) arranged between respective separation panels for a fuel cell; a current collector closely combined to the separation panels for a fuel cell on both end sides in the fuel cell stack, and including a second manifold part corresponding to the first manifold part; and a first case and a second case closely combined to both end sides of the current collector, and packaging the combination structure of the fuel cell stack and the current collector in a box form; wherein respective third manifold parts corresponding to the second manifold part are provided in the first and second cases. Also, the present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a cassette-type fuel cell capable of being used with series connection or insertion of fuel cell unit packs.
