The present invention relates to a composite of a hydrophilicity photosensitizer and a biocompatible polymer for being effectively used in photodynamic diagnosis or treatment and a method for manufacturing the same, and more particularly, to a composite for photodynamics diagnosis or treatment wherein the biocompatible polymer and the hydrophilicity photosensitizer are combined by an ionic bond and the biocompatible polymer surrounds the circumference of the hydrophilicity photosensitizer. The composite according to the present invention uses the biocompatible polymer having an electric charge by being ionized in a water system and binding with the electric charge (an electric charge opposite to the electric charge the polymer carries) of the hydrophilicity photosensitizer, and thereby providing excellent accumulation properties of the hydrophilicity photosensitizer wherein internalization to the cancer cell is difficult due to the electric charge on the surface thereof. Thus, the composites of the present invention not only further increases the effect of apoptosis of cancer cells during near infrared radiation but also is maintained stably during a blood circulation process such that cytotoxicity to normal cells are not displayed, and thereby exhibiting superior effects in in-vivo stability, and therefore, can be effectively used in diagnosis or treatment of diseases using photodynamics. |
