The present invention provides a waterproofing electrical outlet comprising: an upper body (10) having a plug pin insertion hole (2) in which a plug pin (4) is inserted; a middle board (30) having an opening and closing hole (20) which opens and closes the plug pin insertion hole (2) in the lower part of the upper body (10); and a lower body (40) which has a pin receiver (6) connected with the plug pin (4) and which has an external terminal part (7) in which the pin receiver (6) and an external wire (L) are connected. The waterproofing electrical outlet has a soft waterproofing film part (60) which is equipped between the middle board (30) and the lower body (40) in order to prevent the pin receiver (6) from coming in contact with water when the plug pin (4) is inserted, and which prevents an electric shock and a short circuit by blocking water which penetrates from the outside and prevents an electric shock accident which is caused by a play of children in advance.
