摘要 FIELD: metallurgy.SUBSTANCE: corrosion protection coating on steel surface contains zinc, oxygen and iron, the atoms of which in the coating are in high-spin state, and atoms of zinc and iron are bound with oxygen atoms through ion-covalent links. With that, the coating is obtained by contact of steel surface with water environment containing dissolved oxygen and phosphatising reagent in the form of acid residue of 1-hydroxyethylidene diphosphonic acid and zinc bound with oxygen atoms of the above acid residue by means of ion-covalent links.EFFECT: increasing density and strength of a corrosion protection coating owing to obtaining strong chemical links between atoms in the same coating and its strong chemical adhesion to steel surface, and economy of phosphatising reagent at its application.4 cl, 7 dwg, 2 tbl, 7 ex
