Twisting dough strips (08) using at least two lower base belts (05), which promotes the dough strips along a predetermined twist distance with a conveyor speed, and at least two twist belts (03) arranged above the base belts, comprises introducing the dough strips at the starting of a twist distance simultaneously with the base belt and the twist belt, driving the twist belt with a rotational speed, driving the base belt with a rotational speed, and removing the dough strips at the end of the twist distance simultaneously with the base belts and the twist belts. Independent claims are also included for: (1) a device for twisting dough strips, where the rotational speeds of at least two different base belts independent of one another are adjusted with respect to the rotational speed of the respective associated twist belts; and (2) a system (01) for the twisting dough strips using the device, where a cutting device for preparing and separating the dough strips from a dough sheet is arranged upstream to the device. |
