The apparatus has upper and lower doors (1, 3) comprising a functional element designed as a door handle (18) and formed in a door front of a door exterior wall (13). The functional element is supported at a vertically erected base wall (35) and allows enlargement of the door front at a peripheral edge i.e. lower peripheral edge, of the door exterior wall. The base wall is extended along entire width of the doors. The base wall is arranged between the door exterior wall and a door end lath (17) in a height direction (Z) of the doors.
