According to the present invention, provided is a device for controlling a rotation of a floating structure comprising: a floating structure, which is installed to float in water; a post, which is stand-fixated and penetrated through the center of the floating structure, for inducing the floating structure to ascend and descend according to a water level; a floating structure rotation means, which is connected to the floating structure, for rotating the floating structure according to an orbit of the sun; a floating structure rotation sensing means, which has a measurement target part, which is installed in one part between a circumferential surface of the post, which is protruding to the upper part of the floating structure, and the bottom surface of the upper part of the floating structure, and which has a sensing part, which is installed in the other part to be corresponded to the rest, for sensing access of the measurement target part; and a control means for forward or reverse controlling a driving of the floating structure rotation means along a standard angle according to an orbit of the sun by each season, and for checking a rotational position of the floating structure by being connected to the sensing part of the floating structure rotation sensing means. According to the present invention, provided are advantages that the floating structure is operated safely by measuring a rotational position (an over rotation, and a beginning position and an ending position) of the floating structure on a real time basis. |
