METHOD COATING LACQUER ON BRASSWARE AND BRASSWARE MANUFACTURED BY THE SAME METHOD

The present invention relates to a brassware manufactured by a method for coating brassware with lacquer and the method for coating brassware with lacquer comprising: a step of primarily coating the brassware with lacquer; a step of primarily drying the output which is primarily coated with lacquer at 15-25 and at the humidity of 60-80%; a step of high temperature curing the output, finished with the primary drying, at 170-230; a step of making uneveness by sanding surface of the output in which the high temperature curing is finished; a step of coating the output surface, in which the eveness is formed, with a mixture of lacquer, ginoco, and gluten; a step of secondarily drying the output on which the mixture is coated at 15-25 and at the humidity of 60-80%; a step of secondary coating the output surface, in which the secondary drying is finished, with lacquer; a step of tertiary drying the output, on which the lacquer is secondary coated, at 15-25 and the humidity of 60-80%; a step of tertiarily drying the output, on which the lacquer is secondary coated, at 15-25 and the humidity of 60-80%; and a step of secondarily high temperature curing at 170-230. According to the present invention, utilization and dissemination of the brassware with enhanced durability, thermokeeping, sterilizing and the like can be increased by facilitating use and management of the brassware by preventing discoloration of thebrassware. The present invention has enhanced durability by preventing peeling of lacquer from the surface of the brassware and increases commercial and practical values by making modern visual effects and having traditional harmony of pattern in which elegant black color of lacquer, inherent color of the brassware and texture of soil are shown intactly.
