PURPOSE: A charcoal-broiled roaster is provided to fundamentally prevent smoke generated in a roasting unit from discharging to the outside through a ventilation fan and a suction fan. CONSTITUTION: A charcoal-broiled roaster comprises a main body (10), a ventilation fan, a roasting unit (30), and a suction fan. The main body includes a dented space (11) in center of an upper surface. The ventilation fan is built in a lower part of the main body and supplies air through a ventilation path (22) connected to a lower surface of the dented space. The roasting unit maintains a predetermined distance with a lateral surface of the dented space and is settled in the dented space to discharge the air supplied from the ventilation fan. The suction fan is installed with a predetermined gap in an upper part of the main body. |
