A method for morphological differential diagnostics of hepatocellular nodular adenoma and hepatocellular nodular carcinoma includes biopsy of nodular liver tumor, with following determination of degree of differentiation of parenchyma of tumor and structure of collagen fiber of stroma in histological preparation. The structure of collagen fiber is investigated by means of polarization-optical microscope, after that average coefficients of the output optical force of double refraction are additionally determined, content of glycosaminoglycans and neutral mucopolysaccharides in collagen fiber of tumor. At presence of sections of collagen fiber with index of average coefficient of output optical force of double refraction of collagen fiber within a range from 3.806 to 4.523, coefficient of content of glycosaminoglycans and neutral mucopolysaccharides within 1.235 and 1.304, and 1.644 and 1.718, respectively, hepatocellular nodular adenoma is diagnosed. At average indices of coefficient of output optical force of double refraction of collagen fiber within a range from 1.629 to 1.832 coefficient of content of glycosaminoglycans and neutral mucopolysaccharides within 1.511 and 1.601, and 1.412 and 1.539, respectively, hepatocellular nodular carcinoma is diagnosed. |
