PROCESS FOR THE PREPARATION OF DOUBLE MONOSUBSTITUTED ZINC-COBALT PHOSPHATES

摘要

A process for the preparation of double monosubstituted zinc-cobalt phosphates by the interaction of phosphate acid with mixture of hydroxycarbonates, taken in fixed ratio. Homogenized mixture of zinc-cobalt (II) hydroxycarbonates with mole ratio of K=Zn/Co=9.3-0.15 and hydrazine chloride in quantity of 0.1-0.05 to the content of Co in composition of hydroxycarbonates at 20-30 °C for 2-3 hours are given to the solution of stoichiometric quantity of 70-87 % phosphate acid and ethanol, taken in quantity of HPO:CHOH=1.0-2.5, the sludge is filtered and dried at 40 °C to constant mass.
