A method for producing fluxed pelletized iron ore material with the increased iron content includes metering components charge of the charge mixture: iron ore concentrate, fluxes, fusible compounds, solid or liquid fuel, linking admixture, their mixing and preparation of green pellets with a low melting point from this charge, mixing these green pellets with metallized pellets or metallized metals with high melting points, loading the mixture into the roasting aggregate with subsequent heat treatment thereof comprising the drying, heating, the high-temperature annealing and cooling. At that metallized pellets or metallized ores with high melting point are mixed with the green pellets with a low melting point, carbon is additionally introduced in the green pellets, after that the mixture is subjected to heat treatment, which comprises drying, heating, roasting and cooling the product with non-oxidizing gas heat carrier. |
