The invention relates to a method for obtaining an emulsion-type sauce, which provides preparing an emulsifying base and an acetic-saline solution, adding oil into the emulsifying base, adding the acetic-saline solution, homogenization of the emulsion. The recipe is supplemented with chopped marinated cucumbers, chopped dry bunching onion, a biologically active iodine-containing additive, in particular seaweed combu, preliminary comminuted up to a size of particles of 0.10-0.12 mm and hydrated at a temperature of 65-70 °C in the course of 20-25 minutes, the obtained mixture is mixed. |
