The recipe is supplemented with chopped marinated cucumbers, chopped dry bunching onion, a biologically active iodine-containing additive, in particular seaweed combu, preliminary comminuted up to a size of particles of 0.10-0.12 mm and hydrated at a temperature of 65-70 °C in the course of 20-25 minutes, the obtained mixture is mixed.
