A unit for making an emulsion comprises a processing container with an oscillator, a heated water doser, a melted fat doser, connected with the oscillator, and a pump, included into a circular contour. The oscillator is made as a hydrodynamic cavitation unit with an immovable cavitation element and mounted from the outside of the processing container. In doing so the immovable cavitation element is connected with the melted fat doser. |
