A ventilation system using sunlight or wind is disclosed. The ventilation system includes a solar cell plate generating electricity by using sunlight; a battery charging the electricity generated in the solar cell plate; a power suction unit operated by the wind or the electric power; a driving motor for driving the power suction unit; and a switch unit supplying the power of the battery to the driving motor if there is no wind. The present invention has excellent ventilation effects by operating the power suction unit regardless of the weather conditions and the wind so as to be suitable for government obligation or recommendation for renewable energy usage. Furthermore, the present invention is also easily applied to remodeled apartments or existing apartments without an additional electric work and can be permanently used.
