The present invention relates to a planar farming seaweed facility installed at a farming seaweed fishing ground. A device for culturing seaweeds on a horizontal plane comprises a square frame having a predetermined area parallel with the water surface and a predetermined length in a horizontal direction, one or more support ropes which are installed on both sides of the frame, one or more culturing ropes which connect the support ropes, and a fixing member for fixing the square frame. The device improves productivity per unit area by centralizing the culturing ropes and allows partial replacement of the culturing ropes.
