The present invention realtes to a transmission having neutrality force structure capable of releasing a corresponding speed gear with lower oil pressure compared to the oil pressure used in releasing the existing each speed gear as simplifying the structure for releasing each speed gear during urgent towing. For the objective of the present invention, the transmisson of the present invention includes: a first speed gear and a second speed gear delivering different rotary force depending on speed as being comprised in an external casing; a first piston switching the first speed gear into a fastened state as being horizontally moved by restoring force by a first spring installed in the rear, or switching the first speed gear into released state as being horizontally moved by oil pressure provided in a first oil pressure space comprised in the front; a second piston switching the second speed gear into a fastened state as being horizontally moved by restoring force by a second spring installed in the rear, or switching the second speed gear into released state as being selectively horizontally moved by oil pressure provided in a second oil pressure space comprised in the front or by being linked to additional movement of the first piston; a first hydraulic pipe formed by penetrating the external case in order to provide oil pressure to the first oil pressure space; a pressure relief valve constituted to be able to set operation pressure as being comprised on the first hydraulic pipe; and a subsidiary oil pressure providing part providing oil pressure into the first hydraulic pipe by manual operation force.
