The present invention relates to a pipe forming apparatus for forming a pipe into a polygonal pipe used for a vinyl greenhouse and, more specifically, to a pipe forming apparatus that is provided to reduce expenses by recycling curved pipes which are regarded as waste resources generated by tearing down a vinyl greenhouse, wherein the curved pipes inserted into a pair of rollers are transferred through multiple rollers and formed to be the linear pipes; to have excellent practicality by facilitating the gap adjustment between the pair of rollers since a roller on one side is transferred to a roll on the other side in between the pair of rollers; to reduce energy expensed by preventing the rotation of unused rollers, wherein the rotational conditions of the rollers are controlled by a coupling disposed on a rotary shaft of the lower end of a gear unit, moved up and down along the rotary shaft, and combined between the gear unit and the rotary shaft; and to manufacture various pipes by having roller support grooves whose inner surfaces are changed gradually from arc shapes to polygonal shapes toward the rear part of the rollers, and therefore forming the pipes to the linear pipes having polygonal circumferential surfaces thereof. |
