PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To notify a portable-type information terminal device of each user of more appropriate disaster information in response to an actual location position of each user.SOLUTION: Information collection means of a disaster information notification control device collects prediction information for predicting occurrence of disaster. Disaster occurrence spot identification means identifies a disaster occurrence prediction spot where it is predicted that there would be high possibility of the occurrence of disaster on the basis of the prediction information collected. Thus, information notification control means performs control for causing a communication device communicable with a portable-type information terminal device to notify the portable-type information terminal device positioned inside an area where the disaster is presumed to influence when the disaster occurs in the disaster occurrence prediction spot of disaster information related to the disaster.
