<p>A switching device having a freewheeling diode (12), the switching device comprising a switching tube (13); the drain electrode (134) of the switching tube is provided with a heat dissipation substrate (131). The switching device further comprises a heat dissipation component (15) in contact with the heat dissipation substrate of the switching tube; the freewheeling diode is a crimped diode; the positive electrode end face of the freewheeling diode presses against the heat dissipation component, and is electrically connected to the drain electrode of the switching tube via the heat dissipation component. The switching device not only utilizes the heat dissipation component to achieve heat dissipation, but also utilizes the conductivity of the heat dissipation component to achieve electrical connection with the heat dissipation substrate.</p> |
