PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a two-stage interlocked sliding door for a machining tank of an electric discharge machine provided with a lifting mechanism having a pulley and a cable.SOLUTION: A machining tank door 11 is attached to a front surface of a machining tank 12 of an electric discharge machine provided with a two-stage interlocked sliding door, pulleys 5, 5 are attached to an upper part and a lower part of a side surface of a first lifting door 2, and a belt 7 is attached to the pulleys 5, 5. A belt tension regulating member 9 is used to regulate tension of the belt 7, a predetermined position of the belt 7 is fixed to a machining tank door base member 1 by a belt attachment member 6, another predetermined position of the belt 7 is fixed to a second lift door 3 by a belt attachment member 8, and by driving the first lift door 2 with a drive device (not illustrated) with a stroke of a half of the stroke of the second lift door 3, a lift door closure completion state can be obtained, and since a load applied to the drive device (not illustrated) during lifting/lowering of the first and second lift doors 2, 3 is constant, the lift speed can be easily regulated to a constant speed. |
